I selected this photo because it was a great example of the editing i am able to do. Compositionally, there is rule of thirds, fore ground, background, sunlight, and various distances because the yacht are the main object in the photo and they mainly on the left third of the photo. The foreground has many different things to see, the peer, yachts, and walk ways, the back ground is the beautiful ocean and the wonderful eye-catching hotel.
- the natural light of the sun lights everything wonderfully and evenly - various distances of all the objects gives the eye something to look at in every level of the photo To take this photo I had the camera set on a faster shutter speed and a f18 depth of field so you can see the foreground, middle ground, and background. |
Looking at this photo, the compositional element that is most apparent is the positive and negative space. There is also proper exposer, fast shutter speed, and cropping seen in this photo. When I edited this photo, I adjusted the light level of this photo and clone stamped the corners to fill the gray background in completely. The camera was set to1250 shutter speed, and 800 ISO.
This photo makes me think of me not having chapped lips and reminds me of how much i love my chap stick. |
This photo was taken for the pattern assignment.
What I like about this photo is pattern, depth of the image, white balance, and the natural lighting. My point of view was slightly above the flowers and extremely close to the flowers . The photo Follows the rule of thirds because even though i have flowers all across the photo but the one that is in focus is shifted all the way to the right of the image. The aperture is f6.The ISO was set to 800 and the White Balance was cloudy. |
Looking at this photo, the compositional element that is most apparent is positive and negative space. There is also fast shutter speed, proper exposure and lighting in exact places. When I edited this photo, I adjusted
the spots that were lit up with the green light and clone stamped them so it could be all black except the bright green light. The camera was set to a fast shutter speed. This photo reminds me of the green lantern; for no particular reason. |
I selected this photo because of the black and white, point of view, pattern, and the proper exposure. Compositionally, there is pattern and point of view because the view of the photo is from a down low angle almost equal with the street and the pattern of the lines going down the street really makes the eyes track it all the way.
- the black and view really helps mellow out the picture and allow the viewer to be clam and slowly look through the picture - the proper exposure really helps the black and white stand out and look good To take this photo I had the camera set on 1250 (shutter speed) and f18. |
This photo was taken on my vacation on the week i missed in school. What I like about this photo is that its very colorful and shows what the resort that i went to was like. My point of view i was elevated on the stairs in a platform . The photo is very semetric which draws the eye of the viewer in because it looks very pleasing. The depth of field is most likely f18 The ISO was set most likely to 1200 and the White Balance was mostly likely set to sunny. |
